Mr. Fellner, you are a rare breed of business man with A-1 customer service skills and your product works, and it didn’t take long to see the results in my weak car battery in service and a totally dead 9 year old storage battery that had only 6 months of service when I bought it.I used one ounce of the De-Sulfater spread over all 6 cells of my weak working car battery and brought all of the cells back to near 100%. I used 6 ounces of the product in the old storage battery that wouldn’t even register an Auto Zone Hot charge, and cycled the unit with trickle charge to 50%> drain to dead, trickle charge to 75% >drain to dead then trickle charge to 100%> drain to dead and a final charge to 100% using a stop lite bulb to bleed off the cranking voltage in the restoration cycle! Worked like a charm in one week not, 5 ,as the procedure states…in some cases!

None of the retailers who sell batteries in the world want to carry your product because you would run their battery business off the planet, they just want you to bend over and buy a new 200 dollar battery! I will do my best to spread the word about this remarkable De-Sulfater product , because you were so generous and confident with your trial that the product would work! I will send a money order off to you for the full amount ASAP!

P.S. I know that it doesn’t work for all situations where cell damage is evident! But Geez Louise …. it worked for me like a charm! I have a 2003 Mazda Protege that still has its original battery, which is now over 4 years old. A few months ago, I started noticing signs that the battery was getting weak, such as slowed cranking when starting and dimming headlights and slowing of the ventilation fan while idling at stop lights. I tested the electrolyte in all 6 cells with a hydrometer and found that 3 of the cells had less than a full charge.
